The honour of Dr. A. C. Muthaiah Virudhu’ for being a premier first generation entrepreneur including cash cheque for Rs. 2 Lakhs,

Former Chief Justice, Mr. A. R. Lakshmanan presented these awards.

The award recipients made their thanks-giving speeches. Mr. Vairamuthu informed that Mr. A. C. Muthiaha was not only preparing fertilisers for agricultural purposes but salsa for the growth of Tamil literature. This is the occasion to remember the generations who have given so much support and contributions.

My success is inspired by the poetry of Kannadasan. I got the first award from Chettinadu at the gage of 16. Now, I am receiving another award at the age of 60. I believe all the honmous accorded to Tamil pets should indeed go to the language of Tamil. Literature is meant to inspire the thinking of people at higher levels.

Good literature should depict the people. And the ideal government should follow the advises offered by the literature.

I support the ‘Clean India Movement’. The cleanliness of the house reflects the state of economy of the residents of that house. Similarly, the cleanliness of the country would reflect the economic well-being or status of the country. On this mission, it is the duty of the people to join the government for better cleanliness. This mission will not succeed without people support.

We should start thinking why India has not progressed even while having everything. We have focussed more on issues such as corruption, religion, and vote banks. We have to get over this and shift our focus for the country’s progress and forward march.
