Healthy Food Recipes : Baddam Kanji (Porridge)

Required ingredients:

·         Baddam – 10 Nos

·         Rice – 50 gm

·         Milk – 200 ml

·         Salt – as required

·         Sugar – as required

Method:

1.      Soak baddam in water the previous day night of cooking



2.      Soak rice in water before half an hour of cooking

 

3.      Peel off the skin from baddam and grind it together with rice

4.      Boil the milk by adding required amount of water. Once it’s boiled, add the ground mixture to it

 

5.      Add salt as required and let it boil for 10 minutes. Upon this, add sugar as required and the dish will be ready to eat


This dish acts good on your stomach and helps in getting recovered from any sort of stomach trouble.
