TTD dispenses with advance reservation

The TTD has dispensed with the advance reservation of all kinds of Arjitha seva tickets of Lord Venkateswara temple from December 1. The tickets include pre-dawn rituals like Suprabhatam, Thomala, Archana, weekly sevas besides other day time rituals being performed inside the hill temple. The quantum of tickets available under the advance reservation system, which is normally done by way of sending demand drafts henceforth (from Dec. 1) will be made available over internet which the devotees can avail. Temple authorities claim the decision has been taken to bring in more transparency in the issuance of the darshan tickets
