Bio-metric Attendance system in government offices!

The central government has issued circulars informing that bio-metric attendance system will be implemented in all government offices and branches from 1st January.
The ministry of Central government Employees and Training has sent this circular.
The central government has declared that stringent action will be taken on late-comers.
