Central Government regulation on Newspaper advertisements!

The central recently announced that only the birth & death anniversaries of 2 leaders – Mahatma Gandhi & Vallabhai Patel – will be observed by it.
Now, the central government has imposed restrictions on the advertisements on the occasion of the birth & death anniversaries.
Cabinet Secretary, Mr. Ajith Kumar, has sent a circular to all departmental secretaries to be responded about this.
· The number of birth & death anniversaries of leaders observed should be reduced.
· Several departments/agencies should not advertise for the same leader.
