Some people have strong aversion to eating.  They would go through the motions of eating in a cursory manner. Loss of appetite is the main reason for this attitude.

Some suggestions to cure loss of appetite and have a healthy appetite:

Ensure that food is of a new variety and tasty as well. Use different recipes for making new dishes using the same vegetables. Resort to seeking help from cookery books or some experts.

More than 40 nutrients are required for good health. So, ensure that you don’t make the repetition of same dishes every day. Ensure that there at least 2 dishes in every eating session. Ensure items like fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, chicken, fish, and other food-grains are included.

When travelling, please check and ensure that the regional food in that place is agreeable to hour digestion system.

Your ideal weight depends on your gender, height, age, heredity, etc. Both overweight & underweight conditions may lead to health problems. Hence, endure that you maintain the right weight for the best health.

Please form the habit of eating the right quantity of food. Optimum quantity of food at the right time can help having appetite at the right time. Do not indulge in eating more quantities of your favourite food items or reducing the other nutritious items. This will certainly harm the health. It may lead to loss of appetite and also an aversion to food.
