The Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test: Registration from 1st April

The Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET – 2015) for admission to MBA, MCA and postgraduate engineering courses will be held on May 16 and 17.
On May 16th, the entrance test for MCA and for MBA will be held. The entrance test for the PG engineering courses (ME / M Tech / M Arch / M Plan) will be held on May 17th.
The admission to MBA, MCA, ME/M Tech/M Arch/M Plan degree programmes offered at university departments, constituent colleges and regional centres of Anna University, government, government aided and self financing engineering, arts and science colleges will be done based on the students’ TANCET score.
Students can register for the test at 15 coordination centres including Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, and Centre for Entrance Examination, Anna University in Chennai. Candidates can also register on the Internet by logging on to www.annauniv.edu/tancet2015. The registration for the test will commence from April 1. While the last date for registration in person and through Internet is April 20th and the last date for registration in person at the Chennai centre and receipt of application registered on the Internet is April 22nd.
Hall tickets will be issued to candidates from the coordinating centres with copy of Class 10 and Plus Two mark sheet (or 3 year diploma certificate) and cash or DD for the required amount towards the entrance test fee.
