3-day International Chefs Conference

The Indian Federation of Culinary association (IFCA) will organize a three-day International Chefs` Conference (ICC) from March 20 to 22 at ITC Grand Chola. The event will be held between 9.30am and 5.30pm. Culinary experts from countries like USA, Ireland, Saudi ARABIA, Singapore, UK, Dubai and Japan will deliberate on topics ranging from recent culinary trends.
