It is best recommended to take a quarter of the entire day’s water requirement in the morning on an empty stomach within half-an-hour after getting up.
Some people take warm or hot water. However, cold or normal water is better as it reduces the acidity. Water neutralises the excess acid and helps the proper functioning of the stomach & digestion system.

Take this water early in the next day morning on an empty stomach. However, avoid taking fenugreek directly in the mouth & then drinking water along with it or avoid taking fenugreek seed mixed in buttermilk.
Taking fenugreek seeds without soaking is harmful as its outer skin will delay digestion and may create constipation. Both fenugreek & buttermilk offer coolness to the body. Mixing both & taking may increase the chances of catching a cold! Sometimes, this may even cause loose motion.
