Microsoft reported that all the editions of Windows 10 will be released and made available when the Operating System is unrolled this summer. The giant calls the home edition of Windows 10 as ‘consumer-focused desktop edition’. This will get shipped to most PCs and laptops.
This will feature most of the key features of Windows 10 such as the new Microsoft edge browser, Windows hello face recognition, built-in universal app, etc. This home edition will get complemented by the pro edition of Windows 10 which will suit business needs. It will allow the users to connect up to domains and benefit by Windows update for business.
Further, the Windows Phone will also be renamed as Windows 10 Mobile which will be inclusive of touch-optimized versions of Office and will also feature continuum for the phone features. This will support phones and tablets with the widely used Windows phone interface.
The Windows 10 mobile enterprise will also be made available. This is exclusively designed for big businesses for getting their operating system on smartphones and tablets licensed. Further to these main editions, The Windows 10 enterprise, Windows 10 education and Windows 10 IoT Core, etc will also be released.
