Application for free bus-pass for students can be downloaded from the internet!

Chennai Metro Transport Corporation has announced that the application forms for free bus-passes for school students can be downloaded from the internet.
Last year, around 26 Lakh bus-passes were distributed for school students.
For this academic year, the distribution will be arranged as per the change in demands.
Officials informed that free bus passes are distributed for all students studying in government & government-aided schools from 1st Standard up to +2.
Arrangements are being made to distribute these free bus passes in this academic year immediately after the reopening of schools.
The free bus-passes for school students will be despatched immediately on receipt of data from the school administrators.

Applications will also be given on direct approach to the office. Dates for this arrangement will be announced soon.
