A survey to select the most favorite residential localities in 7 cities of India was conducted by Jones Long LaSalle.
It has found that Poes Garden, the residential area where Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa resides, is maintained excellently clean and happens to be a residence for many VIPs. Hence, this is among the most favorite residential locality for a majority of people.
A sq ft of land in this area is supposed to cost Rs. 33000/- to Rs. 35000/-.
Boat Club Road in Chennai is another most favorite area as a residential locality. It lies in the center of the busy metropolis and is quite beautiful.
