Shopaholics will enjoy being in shopping malls. There are housewives, husbands and others who enjoy spending long hours at shopping malls to purchase groceries, cosmetics and other needed ones. This gives a lot of fun mainly to scroll over humongous items looking colorful and neatly arranged. It tempts you to buy and make you spend more time glimpsing all items. But have you ever realized or recognized the crazy deals these shopping malls make with customers.
For instance, most of us are aware and we look into the expiry date of items before billing it. However, shopping malls hold the right to change this date of expiry giving a hope to buyers that the product is still valid for more time period.
Coming on to the arrangement of products, employees at shopping malls are trained and instructed to arrange items in such a way that high priced products are placed at your eye level. This will naturally fall into your vision and tempt you to buy the product. Further, expensive products are made so visible compared to cheaper ones. Cheap products are hidden or kept behind the shelves. Also, the expiry dates of items are tampered.
As you can notice, most shopping malls look crowded. They are made to look so by making the counter space small. This makes the market queues look long.
Not just these, most of the shopping karts that we use are full of EColi bacteria that can cause food poisoning! Believe it or not, the freshly looking veggies and fruits that you find on entering a shopping mall are not really fresh. They are actually made to look so by spraying water over them. This will also add more weight to the product.
