Mid-level teacher qualification examination announced

The Department of Mid-level Education Board has announced the examination for mid-level teachers qualification.
As qualifying examinations were made compulsory to work as a mid-level teacher in standards 1 to 8, this examination is conducted twice a year.
Paper-I
To work as a mid-level teacher for standards 1 to 5, a pass in Paper-I is compulsory. Candidates should be graduates to write this examination.
Paper-II
A pass in Paper-II is compulsory to work as mid-level teacher in Standards 5 to 8. Candidates should be graduates and graduation in teacher`s course (B Ed).
Fees
Fees for writing 1 paper: Rs. 600/-.
Fees for writing both papers: Rs. 1000/-.
For SC/ST: Rs. 300/- for 1 paper & Rs. 500/- for 2 papers.
Last date for application for examination: 19th August, 2015.

Date of examination: 20th September, 2015.
