More than 2 Lakhs candidates apply for TNPSC Group 1 service

The last dates for applying for Group 1 services of TNPSC are over. TNPSC will be conducting examinations to fill up the Group 1 vacancies in the various government departments. 2 Lakhs 22 thousand and 221 hundred candidates have applied for the 74 vacancies in this Group 1. The applicants have to go through the preliminary examinations, mains examination and interview. Those who score high marks in the mains examination and interview will be selected for the Group 1 posts.
