It seems the latest operating system rolled out by Microsoft, the Windows 10 is troublesome in a few ways! This doesn`t let you install or run any pirated software or counterfeit hardware on your PC or laptop.

The new operating system by Microsoft will block all counterfeit and pirated software, says a report. Details of the same are mentioned in an updated European License Agreement Terms and Conditions (EULA). It will automatically check for the version of the software and download the available software update or configuration changes. This will also prevent from accessing services, use of counterfeit games, unauthorized use of hardware peripheral devices.

This all together means that the Windows 10 will disable all pirated applications, software, hacked or counterfeit hardware which you may be used with your laptop, PC or phone. This is inclusive of Xbox games, controllers, and consoles. It is however unclear whether this is applicable only for Microsoft`s devices or all the other third party applications and hardware like Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, games, etc.

Trials to clarify the same with Microsoft did not work out. This move by Microsoft is clearly evident that it is trying to detect and reject the use of pirated and illegal software and bring under control all the piracy issue.

At the same time, if you already have pirated software installed in your PC or laptop, you may face trouble with the installation of Microsoft Windows 10 itself. If you upgraded your operating system to Windows 10 unaware of all these, you may have to bear with the bugs found by your Windows 10 that are identified as illegal.
