Will Naan Kadavul 2 be produced?

Naan Kadavul is a film which had Arya in the lead role. This film which was released in the year 2009 was directed by Bala. Arya had donned the role of an Agori. Arya had sported a long beard and hair to give the bloodthirsty look for the sake of the film.
At this juncture Bala was asked that whether Naan Kadavul 2 will be produced. Bala while answering this question said, Arya had suffered a lot while acting for the film Naan Kadavul. I don`t want to make him suffer again. From this we can assume that the film Naan Kadavul 2 will not be produced.
Bala is currently directing a film titled Tharai Thappattai which has Sasikumar and Varalakshmi in the lead roles. The final schedule shooting of the film is going on. Ilayaraja is composing the music. This is 1000th film of Ilayaraja.
