Prospects of rain in next 24 hours in Tamil Nadu & Puducherry

There are bright prospects of widespread rains in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the next 24 hours. Chennai will have a cloudy weather.
Chennai Meteorological centre has announced that there might be rains in the evening or night (Saturday, 22nd August).
It has been raining in some parts of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry due to thermal convection. In the next 24 hours, there will be rains in a few places in North Tamil Nadu & Puducherry. It may also rain in a few places in South Tamil Nadu.
Chennai will experience a cloudy weather with possibilities of rains with thunder in the evening or night today (22nd August).
