Pandiraj’s Haiku title to be changed

Haiku is a film which has Karthik Kumar, Bindu Madhavi, Kavin, Nayana, Abhiman and many others to its star cast. Suriya will be seen as a social activist named Tamizh Naadan in the film while Amala Paul will be seen as a caring teacher, Venba. Pandiraj is directing the film which is being produced by actor Surya under the banner 2D Entertainments.
Since Haiku is not a Tamil name, it will not be eligible for Tamil Nadu Government`s entertainment tax exemption. Hence it has been decided to change the title. Director Pandiraj has tweeted, #Haiku update: #Haiku name gonna change coz of tax free reasons.I`l cum soon with new Title. Audio launch nearing u at d earliest.
