Five tips on how to increase your motivation!!!

Most of us find lack of motivation in us at times. You may not realize when this lack of motivation began. In most cases of busy women, this is often experienced. This can largely affect the mood and energy of an individual. These are however very normal. The highs and lows are parts and parcels of the game and you need to manage it effectively in order to bring yourself back to the state of high energy and happiness.
 
There are several ways in which you can improve your mood and increase motivation and energy that in turn triggers your creativity. Here are five tips on how.
 
  • Step out - We definitely need Vitamin C got from the sun. You might not know that sun is a very natural mood enhancer. You are often recommended to wear sunglasses though. However, you may also think it to be okay to go under the hot sun for about 15 to 20 minutes. As they age, women tend to lose vitamin D levels in their body. The nature will help you in igniting your sense too. Try out hiking, walking, relaxing, sightseeing or meditating. Take breaths of deep fresh air.
  • There is no need to be a perfectionist - This is for all overachievers. We often get inspired from others who are perfect in doing works in their field. If at any point of time you feel that you are not good enough in handling your works, you should probably take a break. It is in the same way that the social media works too.
  • Practice showing gratitude - Anything can be changed with gratitude. All you need to do is think of each of your blessing and get the entire outlook on yourself changed. Gratitude can be practiced with journaling. You can make it a habit to write down all the gratitude statements every day. You can include even the very simple things like the cool breeze that flashes on your face while running, a laugh of a child, the glossy sunshine, or the brilliant roof above your head.
  • Get your body moving - When you exercise, your body releases endorphin`s which helps improve mood. Find out any sport that you love and get involved in it. No matter if you do not find yourself committed to it; keep practicing. These days yoga is getting popular among people. Never forget to take adequate sleep and eat well. You will have your mood resting up if you take adequate sleep
  • Explore activities for yourself - It`s verily fine to indulge in activities that gives you mindless fun. Do things that make you happy and smiling for no reason at all. Keep doing things that make you feel happy and enjoyable. This may be walking around your own target or performing your favorite activity for yourself. This may be anything like hiking, driving, cooking, singing, watching TV, spending time with family, playing with a kid, jogging, or other activity that simply triggers smile on your face. Don’t assume that everyone around you are enjoying happiness. Remember that happiness is always your own choice. It doesn’t mean that being happy is being free from sadness. It is your way of managing your sadness that stands as the key to happiness. You are not alone if you are feeling the struggle; there are many!
