Studies show that pizza, cheese are the most addictive foods

According to a study published in the US National Library of Medicine, cheese is actually additive. The study was conducted by researchers at the University of Michigan.
The study was held to determine why certain foods are more addictive than others. About 500 students completed the Yale Food Addiction Scale. This Scale helped to measure the extent of a person`s food addiction.
Results showed that pizza was the most addictive. They also showed that the more processed or fatty the food, the more addictive it became. An ingredient in cheese called casein is what make it addictive. Casein is a protein that is found in milk products.
