Dhal Manufacturers Association agree to sell dhal at Rs 145 per kilo

Tamil Nadu Dhal Manufacturers Association Secretary R Rajkumar in a statement here said, On 28-10-2015, a meeting between Tamil Nadu government and Tamil Nadu Dhal Manufacturers Association was convened at Ezhilagam, Chepauk. All the members participated in this meeting. We have informed the state government that we agree to sell imported tur dal for Rs 133--Rs 135 a kilo. Due to this, the retail price will be not be exceeding Rs 145 a kilo. We would like to inform the general public that the price of imported tur dal will be available at Rs.145 a kilo which was so far sold at Rs.180 per kilo. We will fully support the Tamil Nadu Government in this issue.
