Vadakarai ITI calls for applications from students

The Tamil Nadu Government has mentioned that students can apply for ITI courses in Vadakarai.
A new government ITI institute has been opened in the premises of Adi Dravida Welfare Higher Secondary School in Thiruvallur district. Those who have passed 8th standard will be taught welder and wireman courses. Those who have passed 10th standard will be trained in fitter, electrician, motor vehicle courses. Students who join this course will be given free educational kits like laptop and cycle. A monthly stipend of Rs 500 per month will be given during the course period. Those who are aged between 14 years and 40 years will be eligible for the course. There is no age limit for women.
The last date to apply for the above course is 16th November. Applications are issued at District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department and Tiruvallur District Collector Office,
