Honda, a leading motorcycle manufacturer in the world has announced various offers on repair of flood-hit cars. The brand has completely waved off labor charge for any such repairing done with them. There is also a discount of 10 percent on spare parts and 50 percent discount on anti-rusting coat and painting.
Customers whose cars are flood-hit will receive 20,000 loyalty points. Those who want to buy a brand new Honda car can enjoy a discount of Rs 30,000 on their purchase. They have also made all the necessary arrangements to supply the required spare parts. Enough stocks are stored at their warehouses and if this doesn`t suffice, spares will be brought from nearby states without any extra charge. Speaking about this, the Chief Executive Officer, Katsushi Inoue said most of the vehicles in Chennai and other districts are devastated by heavy showers and floods that followed. We have requested all our car dealers to provide speedy solution to cars. We have also instructed them to have extra space to accommodate cars that come to the centres for repair. There are special teams appointed to monitor these repairing works. These teams will continually monitor the repairing activities. At the same time, all the insurance claim requests received from customers will be processed and prompt payments will be sent to customers.
Yamaha Motor India, the motorcycle manufacturer in India has announced free repairing services to all its customers in Chennai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur and Cuddalore. Vehicle owners can take their vehicles to special repairing camps held by Yamaha India said the Ravindr Singh, Vice President of Yamaha. These camps are being held from 12th December. They also added that these repairing will be done entirely free of cost. The facility will be available until 31st January, he added.
