Humanoid robot that can laugh, smile and express feelings

Researchers in Singapore have designed a humanoid robot that can express human-like expressions like laughter. This robot is named Natin. The robot has a skin similar to that of humans. The robot has dark brown colored hair.
Natin can express feelings and shake hands with others and talk too. If someone wishes or greets the robot, she will give out a warm smile. It will have direct eye contact with you while talking. She will remember names of individuals who talk to her and in fact remember the earlier conversations made with her. She will look just like human being, however he is unique among all the other robot and has got his own mind state. He will be either sad or happy depending on the conversation.
Robotics is fast developing. The increasing in number of senior citizens in most countries is worrisome to think of. By introducing robot of this kind, the need for maids and servants will significantly come down. Furthermore, these robots will be of help for children and elderly people at houses. These can also be deployed in healthcare industry, say researchers involved in developing the robot.
Apart from Natin, researchers have also developed one more robot called Etkar which is of remote controlled type. This robot can be used to make your presentation without requiring your physical presence. This robot again can express laughter, feelings, and so on, say the designer of the robot.
