Flag Off of Vijay Awards Rasigan Express Bus Journey

The prestigious fifth consecutive edition of ‘Close Up VIJAY AWARDS powered by Kohinoor Idhu Asal Basmati’ is back again this time even grandeur than its last four years; an event to recognize the excellence of professionals in the Tamil film industry, for movies released in the year 2010.
As a part of the VIJAY AWARDS, The Rasigan Express Bus; an innovative publicity bus created exclusively for Vijay Awards was flagged off by eminent personalities S.A. Chandrasekar, President – Tamil Film Producers’ Council, AVM Saravanan – Producer and R. Sarathkumar – President South Indian Film Artists’ Association, on 3rd June at the AVM Studios, Chennai.
The Vijay Awards Rasigan Express Bus that travels all around Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Arcot, Vellore, Hosur, Krishnagiri, Darmapuri, Tirupatur, Karur, Omalur, Athur, Salem, Nammakkal, ,Karur, Erode, Tirupur, Coimbatore, Kavundampalayam, Karumathampatti, Pollachi, Udumalpet, Palani, Dindigul, Vathlagundu, periyakulam, Usilampatti, Peraiyur, Srivilliputur, Rajapalayam, Sivakasi, Thenkasi(via ambasamudram, valliyur), Marthandam, Nagercoil, Tirunelveli, Madurai, Trichy, Tanjore, Pondy, Cuddalore, Villupuram, Tiruvanamalai, Dindivanam would be a platform for the public to file their nominees in the five Favorite categories.
The highlight of the Vijay Awards Rasigan Express is the customized Bus that would bear all the award winners photographs over the last four years. The Bus would also have a Special Interior designed to commemorate the 5th Edition of Vijay Awards. The Jury members for the Fifth Annual Vijay Awards comprises of the Popular Writer/Director/Producer Yugi Sethu, Actors Radhika Sarathkumar, Karthik, Director A. R. Murugadoss and Cinematographer Ravi. K. Chandran.
Vijay Awards, Vijay TV’s biggest attraction that enters the fifth annual year this time has been conducted in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010 by Vijay TV. Vijay Awards was a phenomenal success and witnessed an array of celebrities, film technicians and movie buffs.
