Science Festival in Chennai Metro City: Public show Enthusiasm

It is traditional to organised Science Festival in Chennai Metro City every year in order to create an awareness about Science & associated developments.
This year’s (2016) Science Festival started yesterday (Friday, 26th February).
Science Festival will be open till 29th February.
Public have been invited to visit the same.
The Science Festival is being organised at Queen Mary’s College, located at Kamarajar Salai on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Government science City.
On the inauguration day yesterday, there were thousands of enthusiastic visitors.
The festival is open between 10.00 AM & 5.00 PM.
Most of the colleges have set up over 100 stalls explaining various important aspects like Disaster Management, Smart (Modern) city, Environment Protection, treatment of lentils & pulses, technology to control traffic congestion, etc.
Several students from various schools & colleges visited and showed a high degree of enthusiasm to learn.
