The premium kitchen and baking spot will showcase Suzie Nagarajah on the art and nuances of baking. She will conduct a workshop for beginners and professionals alike where she will teach how to bake moist cakes, use different piping techniques using buttercream, royal icing, chocolate ganache, make homemade gumpaste, mould flowers, fruits and figurines and various processes of cake stacking. The theme cakes will have Barbie doll, Fruit basket, shirt cake and swan cart.
