The award winning pan-Indian restaurant at Hilton Chennai, Ayna will be hosting a special two week food festival that will showcase the best of curries and breads from different parts of the country.
The carefully curated menu will include some traditional favourites such as like Konkan Traditional Chicken with Multigrain Pooris, Parsi Salli Jardaloo Marghi with Ladi Pav, South Indian Mutton Curry with tawa fresh Dosai, Rich Punjabi Soya accompanied by fresh Kulchas, Kashmiri Bakarkhani alongside tangy Pumpkin Curry and Mango Chutney and much more.
The festival menu has been designed by Chef Paul Joe, who specialises in Indian cuisine. The restaurant had won ‘Best Indian Restaurant’ under the Luxury Dining section at theTimes Food & Nightlife Awards this year.
