Asus`s ROG series gaming notebooks have had a refreshed line up. The new set of upgraded laptops have a SkyLake based quad core Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 900 series graphics processor. It also has six new gaming devices. The new devices comprise of two gaming desktops and four high performance notebooks.
The company`s laptop ROG GT51 is powered by 6th generation Intel Core i7 6700K processor and supports up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN X with support for up to three 4K monitors. The laptop has Turbo Gear that allows fill overclocking. It also features a USB 3.1 Type C port. This provides data transmission speeds ip to 10 GBPS.
The other device is the Asus G752VY. This showcases design improvements that include a new Armour Titanium and Plasma Copper colour scheme. The notebook runs on Windows 10 and is equipped with a 6th gen Intel Core i7 processor.
Two high performance gaming laptops are the Asus G551VW and G552. They have enthusiast grade graphics and a silent cooling system. The laptops, that have a metallic design, can be configured with upto to 4K UHD displays. They both feature the 6th gen Intel Core i7 processor.
Asus has also announced ROG G20CB and G501VW desktop gaming machines. The ROG G20CB gaming desktop comes with NVIDIA GTX 980 to support surround displays or for 2K or 4K monitors. On the other hand, ROG G501VW comes with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M graphics processor.
Asus ROG GL552VW gaming notebook is priced at Rs 82,490 while G551VW will set back users by Rs 1,00,490. The Asus ROG GT51 starts at Rs 3,25,900 and G752VY comes in at Rs 1,79,990.
The Asus ROG G501VW gaming desktop is priced at Rs 95,490 and ROG G20CB is priced at Rs 1,22,990.
