+2 results were released today (Monday. 17th May) at 10.31 AM. The percentage of passes is 91.4 percent.
As compared to the last 2 years, the percentage of passes has gone up.
The percentage pass was 90.6 percent in the years 2014 and 2015. In 2016, it is 91.4 percent.
As per the usual trend, girl students have passed in greater numbers as compared to the boys. The pass percentage of girl students is 94.4 percent. The pass percentage of boy students is 87.9 percent. The percentage of pass in the girls’ segment has increased this year.
When comparing the pass percentage district-wise, Erode with 95.7 percent secures the first place. Vellore district with 83.13 percent is in the last place. Chennai district, with 91.81 percent, is in the 17th place.
