Raid on former TN intelligence chief Jaffar

A team from the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-corruption on Tuesday conducted a raid at the residence of former Tamil Nadu Intelligence Chief MS Jaffar.
Raids were being conducted at at least ten places in Chennai on Tuesday.
The residences of Sait, who headed the state intelligence wing in the previous DMK regime, DMK chief M Karunanidhi`s Personal security officers (PSO) P Pandian, C Ganesan, C Vinothan and IAS officer K Rajamanickam, one of the secretaries to Karunanidhi when he was Chief Minister, were raided, department sources said.
