The wait for budding actors is finally over. A first of its kind acting school is opening in Chennai. Radikaa Sarath Kumar’s Radaan Mediaworks joins hands with Anupam Kher’s acting school, Actor Prepares, to give the upcoming artistes of Chennai an opportunity to get formally trained as actors. This partnership between two legendary actors is set to provide aspiring artistes comprehensive training in acting and related skills and convert them into professional actors. Hitherto unnoticed talent can now leverage this training school to mould them into quality actors.
After starting his career with the critically acclaimed “Saaraansh”, Anupam Kher is considered to be one of India’s most seasoned and professional actors. This partnership will further strengthen the brand image of veteran and national award winning actor Anupam Kher as the best provider of acting lessons in the industry. Actor Prepares is now six years old and has chapters in Ahmedabad, Chandigarh and now Chennai. Actor Prepares have trained over 500 students in these six years and many of them are established in their careers in films produced in Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and also television serials and in the world of modeling.
Radaan has been producing Television serials, Tele Films, Movies and Game shows for over two decades now. Under the able stewardship of Radikaa Sarath Kumar, Radaan has over the years produced over 10,000 episodes of daily soap content catering to the South Indian audience. Radaan has also successfully conducted events, game shows and reality shows. With this initiative it is aiming to add another dimension to its media wing. The students of this institute will have the privilege of learning acting under the guidance of legendary and Multiple National award winning actress, Radikaa Sarathkumar.
