The Merit list of the best Engineering Colleges in 2015 released

Anna University has released the merit list of the best engineering colleges for the year 2015.

Anna University has released this merit list on the basis of the best success percentage of the engineering colleges.

Actually, it is based on the percentage success of the students in the examinations conducted in April-May 2015.

PSG Institute of Technology and Applied research secures the 1st place with 97.32 percent success.

Namakkal KSR Engineering College, with a success rate of 94.45 percent secures the 2nd place.

The Central Electro chemical Research Institute in Karaikkudi secures the 3rd place.

6 more colleges have scored a success percentage of over 90. 10 colleges have a success percentage of over 86 percent and below 90 percent.176 colleges have a success percentage between 60-75 percent.

206 colleges have a success percentage of less than 50.3 colleges have a success percentage of less than 10 percent.

Anna University has also released a list of the best colleges based on the examinations conducted during November-December 2015.

Again, PSG Institute of Technology and Applied research secures the 1st place with 97.01 percent success. Virudhunagar Ramco Institute of Technology, with a percentage success of 87.97, has secured the 2nd place. Thiruvallur R M T Engineering College. With a success percentage of 87.91, has secured the 3rd place.

The institutes of Sairam Education Group have come in the top 10 places in both the lists.

The CEO of the Sairam Education Group Institutes, Saiprakash Leomuthu informed that Anna University has been releasing the merit list of the best engineering colleges from 2005.It is worth mentioning that Sairam Group of Institutes have come in the top 10 places in every year since 2005. The high quality of education being imparted is the main reason for this outstanding performance.
