Why Wi-Fi facility was withdrawn in the Chennai Central Railway Station?

Railways have announced that the Wi-Fi facility functioning in the Chennai Central Railway Station has been withdrawn temporarily.
Wi-Fi facility had been made available in the Chennai Central Railway Station for the benefit of the passengers over the last few months.
With this facility, free browsing on the internet is available for the first half-an-hour of usage.
For further use, the user has to pay.
Lots of passengers benefited with this facility.
However, this facility has been withdrawn recently.
This is because the railways have taken up the project of setting up a very high speed Wi-Fi facility.
Once the high spee3d facility is set up, Railways will resume the Wi-Fi services at the Chennai Central Railway station.
