Saxena gets bail

The Madras High Court granted bail to Sun Pictures COO Hansraj Saxena in Rs 3.37 cr cheating case filed by a Chennai based Tamil producer Nemichand Jain.
Nemichand Jabak, producer of Danush starrer Maappillai, recently filed a complaint on Saxena in Madras high Court. In his complaint he alleged that Mr Saxena has threatened and grabbed Rs 3.37 cr from his for the loss in distributing Maappillai movie all over the state (Sun Pictures got the distribution rights of the film).
Police arrested Saxena in the case and lodged in Puzhal jail. Saxena moved to get bail in the case and intially it was rejected by the sessions court and now the High court issued the bail.
