National performance examination for students

D. Vasundara Devi the directorate of government examinations in Tamil Nadu, in her press release has hinted that applications can be sent between 1st and 8th of August for assessment test for students from rural areas of the state. Students who will be pursuing 9th standard studies in school in the year 2016-17 in government accredited schools in rural and urban and township areas, are eligible to take up this exam.
The annual income of parents or guardian of these applicants needs to be lesser than Rs 1 lakh. An official note about this from the revenue department is mandatory. The last date to send application forms is 8th August. Applications sent after this date will be rejected. For the selected 100 students, a sum of Rs 1000 will be provided every month until they complete their class 12.
