Mylai Thiruvalluvar Tamil Sangam Arivukalanjiyam Award

The 27th Arivukalanjiyam award function by Mylai Thiruvalluvar Tamil Sangam is set to take place on 7th of August, Sunday. Registrations for taking part in this function need to be done before 1st of August. The function is conducted by MTS academy of Mylai Thiruvallur Tamil Sangam, Nehru Yuvakendra and Bharathiya Vidhya Bhavan together.
In a press release issued in this regard by the MTS Academy, it is stated that the function will take place at Anna Gem Science Park mat. Hr.Sec School on 7th of August. It will be conducted for class 1 to 3 between 9.30 am and 01.00 pm, and for class 4 to 9, the timing is between 01.30 pm and 05.30 pm. The program will include competition in recitation of Thirukkural, Thiruvalluvar Aathichudi, Naaladiyar, Bharathidhasan songs, John Dennison poems, story-telling, fancy dress competition, drawing, speech, essay writing competition, music competition, and more.
This is open to students between class 1 to 9. Students who win the first five positions will get five Arivukalanjiyam awards including Arivu malar, Arivu kadhir, Arivu thalir, Arivu Thulir, and Arivu Pudhir. Each and every student can take part in 10 competitions.
Those who take part in ten competitions and acquire first position will get Rs 2000 cash price along with the award. Interested students need to apply for the contest before 1st August.
