The Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Kabali is all set to roar the screens across the world from 22nd July. Necessary works to release the film overseas and in other languages are being carried out at present.

Well, what`s there in this film so exclusively that it leaves everyone overwhelmed and awaited for its release? Here is an excerpt from interview with the movie’s director Pa. Ranjith where he has disclosed interesting information on the movie poster design, response received for teaser, and lot more about the film.
  • Ever since the movie was finalized and there were news spreading about me directing Rajinikanth sir, there were comments and skeptical views thrown all of which doubted whether I could do it. There however was incredible response for the movie poster, teaser and songs. I never expected such a tremendous response
  • Kabali will definitely win the heart of audience, undoubtedly. We however need to observe the level of success of the film which often scares me. More than being an action movie, it moves in an emotional note. I’m awaiting to know how the audience will receive this
  • On watching my movie Madras, Rajini sir gave me a call and appreciated saying I have done a great job. He liked each and every character in the film. I already knew that Rajini sir use to call when he likes a film very much. I had also tweeted about his appreciations
  • Soundharya Rajinikanth hinted that my name is under consideration for her father’s next movie. I had done just two films, Madras and Attakathi both of which were of different genres. I expressed my happiness for having considered my name. Soundharya asked me for one liner for Rajini sir. I then said a science fiction and the story with Malaysia character. The latter one seems to have impressed Rajini sir so much
  • I never had a thought of directing Rajini sir
  • Most of the scenes in the film Goa were shot in Malaysia. The film shoot went on for about 35 days. I got to know all the difficulties faced by Tamilians only during those days. This served as an inspiration for a story for me
  • During our first meet, Rajini sir discussed a lot with me about Madras. This made me feel comfortable with him. I then explained Kabali story. He liked it so much. He said he likes five elements of the movie
