The Radiant Group is excited to announce the second ‘Annual Wellness Conclave’ in Chennai, a unique, non-profit program. It has been conceived with the simple but laudable objective of addressing resurgent young digital India’s various lifestyle problems like physical, mental and social health. The conclave is committed to guide a person on the path to managing and conquering these issues. We will be bringing them face to face with people who have dealt with similar issues and have managed to turn their life around and come out with flying colours.
The theme this year is ‘Secrets of a Radiant Life’, following the eight dimensions of wellness and aims to leave an individual feeling completely motivated and positive and lead them down a path that will help them grow and grow well, holistically.
The Wellness Conclave is designed to address proactive as well as preventive measures to empower the youth of India, the target audience being students and young professionals. This looming threat of serious lifestyle diseases has the potential to snowball into an epidemic of global proportions and could become major challenges impacting the entire national demography. The significance of this threat can be appreciated by considering the potentially serious outcomes like decreased self-esteem and depression, at times culminating in suicidal tendencies.
