Camp in Kolathur to distribute free insurance policies for 20000 persons tomorrow (31st July)

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi has introduced several insurance saving schemes including Atal Pension Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Mudra Bank, and Selvamagal-magan plan.
Among these schemes, the scheme which offered insurance cover of Rs. 2 Lakhs with the premium payment of Rs. 12/- received the popular appeal.
A special camp is being organised under this scheme to distribute free insurance policies for 20000 persons in the Everwin Matriculation School in Kolathur, Chennai, tomorrow (Sunday, 31st July).
This camp is arranged by BJP North Chennai District Secretary D.Kumar. He has undertaken the expenses to enroll and offer free insurance coverage for 20000 persons in this insurance scheme in this camp. D.Kumar will pay the bank the amount which will cover the insurance benefits for 5 years duration.
All bank officials are participating in this camp. The public has to participate in the camp with Xerox copies of the bank passbook, Aadhar Card, and residential proof, and 2 photographs to avail the free insurance scheme.
Tamil Nadu BJP President Tamizhisai Soundarararajan inaugurates this camp. State BJP Secretary Kesava Vinayakam, district leader Krishnakumar, and others are participating in the camp.
BJP District Secretary, Mr. D.Kumar explained that this insurance scheme, introduced by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is very beneficial to the public. It is easy and simple to join the scheme by paying the initial premium of Rs. 12/-.This camp is for the people who cannot afford to pay even this small amount of Rs. 12/-. The public should participate in large numbers to avail this benefit of free insurance cover.
