Rates for subsidized LPG cooking gas cylinder up

The oil corporations have announced that the price of the subsidized LPG cooking gas cylinders has been increased by Rs. 1.93 per cylinder.
In Chennai the price of the subsidized LPG cooking gas cylinders now cost Rs.410.59.
It is gathered that this price increase will come into effect shortly.
It must be noted that the oil corporations increased the price of the subsidized LPG cooking gas cylinders rather immediately after they reduced the prices of petrol and diesel.
