Amazon introduces its own plane Prime Air for its goods delivery services

The leading and hugely popular internet trader Amazon has commenced an exclusive flight service for its goods traffic.

Amazon is the leading e-commerce trader in the world. It is estimated that 

Amazon had handled business worth Rs. 100 Crores in the year 2015. FedEx and UBS Courier were involved in the delivery of ordered goods.

Amazon had to encounter various problems including the aspect of reliability. During the Christmas of 2013, the orders got delayed and Amazon was forced to refund payment to the clients who had ordered.

Giving detailed consideration to these aspects, Amazon decided to take over the responsibility of the delivery of the goods as well. So, in a step towards increasing distribution links and to provide air services, Amazon has introduced ‘Prime Air’, Boeing 767,

Though Amazon has started its own service by introducing air services, keeping the company’s growth in mind, it will continue with the courier services of FedEx and UBS as per Vice-president Dave Clerk.
