Flavours of North India descend to the South at Park Hyatt`s The Flying Elephant, one of the best European restaurants and nightlife destinations in the city. Chef Anil Khurana from Delhi takes centrestage to showcase a tableau of North Indian flavours. Some of his legendary specialties are Chicken Lawabdari, Dal Makhani made from black urad dal and cooked in the tandoor for an entire night, before being cooked over a charcoal fire and, the succulent kebabs. Best known for his melt-in-the-mouth galouti kebab, one must not forget to tuck into his chicken tikka which opens up a world of fragrant flavours attained from careful marination, attentive preparation and of course, the master’s special touch. Vegetarians can revel in the delectable paneer tikkas.
The festival starts on the International Beer Day. On that day (Aug 5) will be a special offer where beer lovers can also have a taste of Chef Khurana’s iconic kebab as a sampler for free.
