Teachers should write their initials in Tamil

Directorate of Elementary Education’s Director R.Elangovan has stressed that primary school teachers, middle school teachers and staff should write the initials in Tamil. In a circular he has mentioned: Teachers and staff of schools working under the Directorate of Elementary Education do not write the initials in Tamil. They write in English only. There is a complaint that such activity is a violation of government orders. In future to avoid such complaints, teachers, officials and staffs should write the initials in Tamil only.
