Tamil Nadu gets 8 new IAS officers

In Tamil Nadu, 8 I.A.S officers were transferred yesterday. P. Maheshwari is newly appointed as the District Collector in Chennai. In his note about this, the Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu, P. Rama Mohan Rao made an announcement in which the new appointment details are as follows.
- D.P. Rajesh- District Collector, Cuddalore
- Gnanasekaran – Registrar of Cooperative Societies
- Prashanth M. Watnere – District Collector
- P. Maheshwari – Chennai District Collector
- P. Subramanian – Viluppuram District collector
- V. Jeyachandra Banu Reddy – Associate Managing Director of Tamil Nadu metro water supply and sewage board
- Mandhiri Govind Rao – deputy commissioner education, Chennai
- S. Gopala Sundarraj – deputy commissioner, South zone, Chennai Corporation
