HTC launches HTC Explorer at Rs 11,650

Handset maker HTC on Thursday launched its new Android-based mobile phone HTC Explorer priced at Rs 11,650 in the country.
One of the cheapest Android-powered smartphone in HTC`s range, HTC Explorer is equipped with a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen, 3-MP camera and 600-MHz processor.
