Little Mount - Chennai Airport Metro line to be thrown open to public tomorrow

Sources have said that the Metro Rail services on the Little Mount - Chennai Airport line will be available for public use from Wednesday. The line will be opened by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalitha and the Union Urban Development Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu.
According to the sources, Services on Little Mount-Chennai airport metro corridor will be thrown open to the public on Wednesday by Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa and while Mr. Venkaiah will flag off the train at the Airport Metro station at 11 am on Wednesday, Ms Jayalalithaa will join the event through video conferencing from the state secretariat, official sources said.
