Jobs: Constable posts (4669) - both men and women - in Delhi Police

An announcement has been released by the Delhi Police Department for filling up the 4669 vacant posts of constable.
Total vacancies: 4669
Men: 3115
Women: 1554
Age limit: As on 1st July 2016, Male candidates must be in the age group 18-21. Female candidates must be in the age group 18-25. Concessions on the age limit will be applicable as per government rules and regulations for candidates belonging to SC/ST (3 years).
Academic qualifications: Candidates who have studied up to +2 are eligible to apply.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in written test, physical measurement test, medical examination, and checking of any criminal background.
Application Fee: For open and OBC Candidates: Rs. 100/-. For SC/ST, ex-military personnel, and women, no fee is applicable.
