Sabarimala Sri Ayyappan Temple corridors to open on 16th October

The temple corridors of the famous Sabarimala Sri Ayyappan temple will be opened at 5.30 PM on 16th October on account of special Pooja to be performed during the Tamil/Malayalam calendar month of Aippasi.
Tantri Kandararu Rajeevaru will lead the pooja sessions. Melsanthi Sankaran Namboodri will open the temple corridors and perform the poojas.
The traditional poojas will be performed during the 5 days from 17th October to 21st October.
During these 5 days, apart from the daily routine poojas, special poojas like Sahasrakalabhishekham, Kalababishekham, Pushpapishekham, Padi pooja, and Udhayasthamana pooja will be performed.
